If you are a private customer you may cancel the contract within seven working days, starting the day after you have received the goods, without having to give any reason. (“Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000”). If you wish to return a product, please contact us to obtain an RMA authorisation number. To the online RMA form.
Please note that the cost of returning these items is the responsibility of the customer. The goods must be returned in the original packaging with complete accessory pack and manuals. If the packaging arrives back and is marked/damaged there maybe a restocking fee of up to 15%.
You will receive a refund via your original payment method, no later than 30 days after the cancellation of the order has been received in writing.
